Millbrook School, Millbrook, NY: Contracted by facility manager to survey roofs on all buildings and develop a slate roof repair, replacement and maintenance plan. Replacement of slate, slate and gutter repair, and snow guard installation on all five student housing buildings, slate repair and maintenance on library, school house, meeting house, dining hall, activities center and squash courts; roof repair and cedar clapboard siding installation on new Math and Science building, roof and flashing repairs on teacher residences.

Timmer Residence, Beacon, NY: Contracted to design and build super insulated structure using [minimum of] 95% recycled wood and materials.
McCarten Estate, Lancaster, NH: Installed new roof throughout 13,000 ft. new home with 600 lineal feet of copper gutter
Michael Robinson / Dar Williams Residence, Hudson Valley, NY: Built two additions and completed major restoration of historic residence, including new roof and siding, in town with highly restrictive historical restoration codes
Stern/Cohen Residence on Lake Sagamore, Kent, NY: Demolished existing ranch style structure and built contemporary inverted standing seam copper roofed residence with cedar siding
Goodstein Residence on Lake Sagamore, Kent, NY: Demolished existing ranch style home and replaced with cape style Japanese-influenced slate roofed residence using Alaskan yellow cedar, and reclaimed redwood, teak and cypress throughout. All wood surfaces were hand-planed using Japanese hand tools
